Returns and exchanges can be requested within 14 days of delivery. Requests are processed after the item has been returned and inspected by our team.
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition with all packaging intact.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from the refund, except when an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
