Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, tracking information is provided when available.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout based on the destination and items ordered. Carrier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside Ecstopia's control.

Import Duties and Taxes

Shipping charges paid to Ecstopia cover transportation only. Import duties, customs fees, VAT, taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country charges are not included unless checkout explicitly states that duties and taxes are included. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the recipient's responsibility.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because destination charges were not paid, any refund will be assessed after the parcel is returned to Ecstopia. Original shipping costs, return charges, customs charges, and other non-recoverable costs may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Please check the delivery address and contact details before checkout. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; we cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
