Ecstopia has been formulating in Kuwait since 2021. Every fragrance in our collection is developed in-house, from raw material selection through to the finished formula, and we apply that same process when we develop for others.
What we develop
Signature scents for spaces. Hotels, retail floors, showrooms, offices and hospitality venues — a scent that belongs to your brand and is recognised the moment someone walks in.
Private-label fragrance lines. A proprietary formula developed to your brief and produced under your own brand, whether that is a single signature scent or a full range.
Corporate gifting and events. Bespoke fragrance for client gifting, product launches, or occasions where an off-the-shelf product will not do.
Why we work by application
Development takes bench time, materials and evaluation. Taking on every enquiry would mean doing none of them properly. Reviewing each project first means the ones we accept get the attention they need — and you find out quickly whether we are the right house for what you have in mind.
How it works
1. Apply. Complete the form below with as much detail as you can — your company, the market you work in, the direction you have in mind, and your estimated budget. The more specific you are, the faster we can tell you whether it is a fit.
2. Review. We assess each application against what it needs and what we can commit to. Not every application is accepted.
3. Consultation. If your project is accepted, you will be invited to book a private consultation. A consultation fee of 50 KD covers the appointment, development discussions, trial blends and evaluation samples. It does not cover final production.
4. Production. Quoted separately once the direction is agreed.
Why Ecstopia
We are a working perfume house rather than a broker. Formulas are built and tested here in Kuwait over months, not assembled from a catalogue of ready-made bases. We source our materials directly — Haitian vetiver, neroli from Morocco and Tunisia, orris butter, coffee arabica from Venezuela — so we know what they cost, how they behave together, and how they hold up in Gulf heat.
Our own fragrances are stocked at Beidoun in Al-Hamra Tower, Warehouse Mall, Al-Khaima Mall and Al-Khiran Mall, and at Roots Florist in Al-Odailiya. You can judge the work before you commission any.
