After purchasing the Discovery Set, you qualify for a 5 KD voucher toward one eligible 50 ml Ecstopia perfume. The voucher can be used once per customer and cannot be combined with other discounts. It does not apply to 200 ml bottles, bundles, gift boxes, room sprays or bespoke services.
Kuwait: Please allow up to 1 day to deliver your order.
Gulf Countries: Please allow up to 3-5 business days to deliver your order.
Rest of the world: Please allow up to 3-10 business days to deliver your order.
Returns and exchanges can be requested within 14 days of delivery. Requests are processed after the item has been returned and inspected by our team.
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition with all packaging intact.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from the refund, except when an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
